This one does everything I need:

but I need to be able to link the pictures that people are voting on to other sites.

Anyone know where I can find such a thing?

Trust me, if I knew how I would, as long as it was legally OK to do so. I guess I would have to ask the person that wrote it.

But I don't know PHP from a hole in the ground, so I was hoping to find something that did it out of the box.
