That's such a great drunk song. I have a cousin who gets up and sings that song at family events if she's drunk enough and there is a guitar player around. All boozed up.

Its a classic.

I would seriously love to be able to pic a guitar like that. The song rocks.

damn..it's been along time since that album was released with that cover..it was on the shelves maybe a few weeks..then they changed it.

God yes....great band.....so was Cream, IMO

but that song one of my all time favorites.

Great album cover. My parents are cool, and I discovered this in their record collection as a teenager and loved it. Great memories, great song :thumbsup

I grabbed a 256 bitrate off of WinMx just before you posted that, have let it play through about 20 times. Damn.... this is one of those songs that gives you chills, like it represented the end of an era, like an anthem.


Anther tune that to me is rather anthem-like of that era is "Whiter shade of pale" by Procul Harem. :stoned

I went to see Clapton in concert on my 21st birthday. Now that was a night to remember. . . . even if I wish I could turn back the hands of time and do it a little differently
