Need help re Animation Software

I'm trying to create animated MPG or WMV movies from scanned line drawing cartoon art. Anyone know of any existing software packages that will allow me to do this?

Thanks in advance!

Thanks, Slackologist. Much appreciated! Animo has a link out to a 2D animation software which, after reading their site and researching it a bit, looks exactly like what I was looking for.

Thanks again!

Take a look at those too:

http://www.usanimation.com/main/index.php
http://www.toonz.com/

Note: You will also need a compatible scanner from their list if you are going to choose toonz, animo or usanimation.
