1) Are you an adult site webmaster?
2) Do you know our company?
3) From where do you know us? (webmasterboards, magazine advertising, from your friend etc..)
4) What do you think about our company? (do you like us, do you have seen our products etc..)
5) Any coments. What can we do better, what are we doing well.
