hotlinks sql is fairly cheap

Several sites use: Links 2.0 ( http://www.gossamer-threads.com/scripts/links/ ) its $150 and does plenty.

You can mod the code some to make it unique. Here is an example of the same script modded a little ( http://www.shawdy.com )

I've always used AutoGallery SQL or Pro from www.jmbsoft.com and just hacked it up to do what I need. Works fine for under $100.
