Actually it?s called composite armor, a lot of different things in it
including uranium. Not exactly ?pure steel?. They are not really
sure what those rounds are but last I heard suspect it's some
RPG's that Russia designed a good while back. Not many of those
around though.

Search for "War Crimes Iraq" on Google if you?re actually
interested in this.

You'll quickly see that the US has violated all the same
international laws and conventions as Saddam has.... and
more..... A great deal of the weapons that the US uses for
example are considered illegal.

Also wouldn't hurt to do a little research on the increase of cancer
and birth defects of various kinds. The use of DU (which actually
contains a lot of residual Plutonium and other isotopes) is really
messing up both the US troops and the Iraqi people.

I love war, history and all things political and violent... Think
playing soldiers is the most noble and worthwhile thing a man
can do.... I'd be the first to defend my country (Australia).

However unless you do it in the right situations you end up with
a great many problems. The key is defence not attack. Attacking
any country will never make the world any safer or better.

Ask any viet vet if they are happy they went.

Just like in Vietnam you can't win "hearts and minds" with "shock
and awe". Technology and great bombs don?t produce peace.

Looks like the people trying to make the place better are
dropping the ball a lot.... Still no power, believe there is some
plan to swap power for oil but they talk about providing security
first. Seems no one realises that power and lights are security at
night. Hope the Iraqi's and American's let them stick around long
