Acacia Thought
You know there is something that nobody has metioned or i at least haven't seen about this ACACIA streaming video thing.
This refers to thing prior art thing. What about cable TV it was around LONG before the internet and way before video streaming. BUT isn't cable television the same thing? Isn't it data compressed into a wire sent via data stream to the other end? Whats the deal on this? Any comments? |

But you still have to prove it in court.

Thats not the plan. The plan is to get agreements signed so that regardless of the court decision those that signed are tied to the agreement. Old timers call it "Fishing". Look at how other claims have made them a fortune especially the Vchip. Kinda an upset but then again not really when ya think about the money earned long term by the companies that recognised the Patent. Fear is the mind killer that fact is what forces companies to sign. |
It's more than just video streaming. It viewing the video on demand. Cable didn't have that back then. You have to be able to prove that you can view the video at anytime you want for it to become prior art.

The brain stores information and passes info to another brain from a phone.
A Brain is a storage device that stores information. Information is recorded and can be conveyed through biomechanical processes that can be recieved by other braines. The Phone is a conduit that can convey information to the other end or a good yell accross a room can do it to. The other end then process the information, once it is recieved the information can be stored for later playback or requested again with another return yell or even pased on to others with similer methods. I wonder if man kind is taking a step backwards sometimes... |
