One daily task that I have to do :

Receive all my ICQ when I wake up . Sometimes I have over 50 and most of them are totally useless.

If somebody could take them at a very specific time for like 5 $ a day everyday and classify them (friend business etc), that would be great.

I could also outsource the job of waking wild-cat up . She's so hard to wake up I'd give 20 $ a day to anybody that do it while keeping her in a good mood (wich is impossible).

entering all of my stats into an excel file to keep everything nice and organized

it usually takes a few hours to do every friday morning, i'd pay $50 to have it done if i had to name a price

We're confident we can do this for $25 to $50 each. You supply the free scripts/tgp automation script/ Also price depends on the level of design quality (ie., logos) but for layout, quality is there.

Daily breakdowns, we can do this.

A day in the life..


1. First is the emails and icq - I think that needs to be personal.

2. Check GFY - again, I gotta do this :Graucho

3. TGP's - a.check for new trades/cheaters b.adjust trades.
This can be out sourced but the person would really
need to know their shit before I trusted him. ($25/day)

4. design work (which I do) but I need tons of text work done on galleries and tours, etc. ($25/day)

5. Content collection - New clients want their whole members area turned into galleries so that all needs to be saved out and thumbed etc... ($25/day)

6. Change orders. I usually have one or two people who just want some minor tweaks done to designs but it takes time.

7. Screen Caps - I'm working on a personal project that is so boring. I need 1,000's of screenshots and I only have about 60 done. ($10/100screenshots)

8. Back to GFY :Graucho

Thumbnail saving - looking through a gallery to find a suitable thumbnail and resize it for the main page.

Takes about 3 mins per thumbnail, time is money

I would want it done everytime my tgp updates (daily)

Building and submitting galleries

It takes me up to 5 hrs a day to build and submit by hand, when I do get around to it.

Would probably be worth about $ 15/$ 20 a day

No real deadline, could be a monthly thing.

Now this is if I was looking.
What is reality is I have to do it by hand myself
cause there is no budget for it.

just too many rules

cutting thumbs for my galleries, however it needs to be done by the same person all the time in order to get consistent quality results, also I'd prepare a list of of what I'm looking for....I would also need the thumbs to be adjusted...sharpen and contrast and brightness

also, similar to above expect with movie gals, however this woudl involve going through the scenes and cutting clips 20sec each, then finding a good thumb for the clips, apprx. 10 clips per gal


time 1hr/gal - budget,5$/gal - need 5 a week to start, need them done on a weekly basis

Thumbs would be cents each. As long as the quality guidelines are clear, should be no problem.

Coding. Long and tedious. I would love someone else to do my programming for me. Depending on what I a working on, it can take several hours a day for a week. I could probably find someone to do this for me, but we all know how unreliable programmers are. If I were to hire someone, I would pay $100 a job at the least, since I know what a bitch it is to do. I would give a 2 week deadline to program one site.

*although it varies per job
