He'd probably look a bit scarier if he didnt have a butterfly painted on his face.

I know it's kinda young to start to train like that at this age but nothing has never been proven that kids can stop growing if they get in shape like that at young age. A lot of people will change their opinion concerning him when they will see him in 10 years no doubt about it. This kid is a future Arnold.
