anyone with paysites having ccbill problems
 

I am curious if anyone else is having problems with tech staff not setting up stuff right.

Ccbill if you see this please review tech support emails for the last week or so on account 924033

I am not going complain thru the tech email

things are seemingly weird right now.

You can say I got a refund and another one on the way cause they did not follow directions and made it where my customers have access to all sites.

I always try and work with one or two techs - Once you have their direct emails, drop them a line and they get on with things very quickly -
I have never really had a problem with ccbill's techs doing thing this way -
(You watch things go wrong now I have said that!)

We have never had a problem with Ccbill- I dont know if it's due to our volume or what, but we get amazing treatment from them and things always seem to run smoothly.

hrmm cant say that i am :( always had great experinces with ccbill, im sure they will fix whatever the problem is though
