Right now I live in a trailer on a lot about 10 minutes from campus. The plumbing is shitty but other than that all is well. It's spacious and two bedrooms. My rent is $237.50, utilities average about $100 a month. Covered parking, washer and drier, awesome backyard with party capabilities.

cons: shitty plumbing, far from campus, muddy as a mother fucker, annoying landlord

We're thinking about moving into some new apartments that are being built. Rent will be $304.99, $40 fixed for elec and water, washer and drier, private bathroom, fridge and microwave in each room, study room in each apartment. Hot tub, heated pool, 24 hour gym and tanning beds. (parties rumored to be sponsored by Budweiser)

cons: gotta have 3 roommates, smaller rooms, not as private, probably won't be able to smoke weed :winkwink: , moving is a bitch

Dont worry you can smoke, just remember you have to share with your roommates, but otherwise no problem. Definitely move somewhere else and that second option doesnt sound so bad, and if you still have your own room how much privacy are you really losing?
