One of mine is to get a timer, any ol' kitchen timer will do and set it, I don't allow myself to post or view the boards until it has gone off at least twice which is 2 hours.

another one...get some music without singing.

this helps keep distractions to a min...and frees your mind up to think up text etc.

Nothing worse than trying to come up with text and lyrics are stuck in your head ;)
