Teleteria loses to mastercard!!!!

We recently started a thread regarding Teleteria and there bad business practices and not honoring their 100% money back guarantee and having the worst content and video's unmatched by other companies.

After a long process of rebuttle's, our card was credited back the $4400.00 that teleteria almost got away with.

We are now going after the $2000.00 that was issued in check form.

We have requested numerous times for our money to be returned and they have failed to comply and now we will be reporting them to the (IFCC/ Internet Fraud Complaint Center) as well as other agencies we have been holding off on.

This is a lesson for all newbies of the industry to learn from, an that is.......

1.) When dealing with this company I would highly suggest to use a credit card so you will stand a chance to get your money back if and when you are unhappy with their products and customer service.

2.) Be sure to not approve anything not even the design, until you make them show you samples of " their" content and video's.

3.) Be sure you have a legal represenative review "their" so called contract.

4.) Be sure that you are aware that you are only leasing "their" content and the domain name belongs to"them".

5.) Be aware that when and if you decide to leave "their" company you will be left with an empty shell (no content or video's) and no domain name.

6.) *If you are a newbie, you dont need a pay site*

7.) If you feel you really need a pay site then maybe you need to read all the post regarding "their" company.

8.) I personally would not recommend Teleteria to anyone!

I want to thank everyone who has supported us and posted to our thread through this horrific time with Teleteria.

We will be giving an update as to the final outcome of retreiving our final monies.

Best regards to all

Was this a turnkey setup?

If so, that's to be expected.

you should have spent that money on learning to drive a truck.
it would have served you far better.

This was a turnkey, but we did not expect to be ripped off and treated in the unprofessional manner we were treated or to be lied to either about how great the content is and guaranteed it.

After reviewing the content and refused the sites, they come back and tell us for a few thousand more we could have the best and that seems to strike me funny as they offer content and video's unmatched by other companies.

I am sure there are alot of reputable companies out their that do the right thing by their customers and in my opinion this is not one of them.

This is why when we buy content or design we do not pay for it until we approve it and the documentation in our office.

There are just too many fly by night shystas on the net to work any other way.

Except when we sell, then it's money up front. Unless we know you very well. But then we have a 100% money back or replacement guaranty on our work. :)

The term "guarantee" skuppers me uppers and I dont know if I will ever beleive in this word or the phrase "I can assure you " ever again.

Nothing against you, we just have a real bad taste in our mouth from these terms.
