Reminds me of when I got into a collision with a car and broke my leg and foot in a few places. The nurses asking me if I had been wearing a helmet, like that would have done any good

There are helmets that will withstand having a bus run over them... the broken neck/ back etc would still probably kill you though.

Hrm this is odd. I almost want to be a forensic analyst to figure out what exactly happened here from these photos. It doesnt look like the bus ran him over because there are no tire tracks, and his brain is splattered in the same direction as his body is lying, but its not rolling through. So it looks like he just sorta fell and his cracked and something just pushed all of that shit out.
