How do I get one of those cool license to post?

I tried to find a thread, but no luck using the Search feture, it may be a little smarter than me, but don't tell all the other fellas I do not want to get laughed at it hurts my feelings....

name of the thread is "get your post-licence" or something like that. go to page 2, cant oversight it.
