been having ICQ problems for 1 week now!
 

hey guys, wonder if anyone else is having this problem

I try to login, but it goes on the yellow flower telling me "I have tried to login too many times"

and this problem lasts pretty much all day

the only way to connect is to try all the status modes, online, away, NA, invisible and hope one of them works

does/did anybody have this problem?
and does anybody know how to fix it?

Try using trillian . I used to have some problems but since I downloaded it there is no more probs for m.e

yes, same thing happens to me, the old version works and fixes the problem...but then i was not able to add people and they could not add me

switched to trillian, i just need to find a skin that looks like icq, main thing i do not like about trillian is that i can no longer find a handle by typing in the first few letters of it

are you with Videotron? Maybe its their connection that slows down or something... and mess ICQ up..

My ICQ will either not connect... or connect for 5 min. then disconnect... ANd when its disconnected.. its for good.. unless I restart my computer..... Been like that for the past 3-4 days..
