Amex to start processing adult?

There's at least one major adult site company who accepts them. It's not advertised on their signup page, but they don't say who they do accept either.

Would they have a special agreement with them?

I also heard Mel Gibson's father is going to recognize the Holocaust as a genuine historical event.

didn't amex accept porn sites once then change their mind and stop it years ago?

amex has always had a different view on chargebacks. thats why they don;t do high risk

Yea, Once Upon A Time AMEX accepted adult high risk sites. They stopped that a couple of years ago. Don't be surprised if Visa and Mastercard do the same down the road.

I'm kinda curious who this source is that says AMEX will be taking adult sites again. Doesn't seem likely.

tell us more, i can't help but assume this is bullshit.

I had got a few amex chargebacks when I had a merchant account and did nothing becuase I assumed nothing could be done. A few months late got letter back in my favor and the money they charged back

That would be incredible since they swore off processing adult about 3 years ago.

I guess time will tell....just a rumor until then, but it would be nice if they did

i doubt it will cause any real influx of sign ups anywhere. when amex doesnt accept certain transactions, people got other cards. I dont know ANYONE who has only one card, and its an amex.
