Limiting File d/l's specifically mp3

Is there any way to stop a surfer downloading more than one mp3 at one time from my site ?
Trying to avoid the issue of ppl coming online and trying to download 10 files at once.

If you're site is protected with KillerSecurity or ProxyPass I think you can limit the downloads, but I am not for sure. I really just replied to this thread to give you a bump. Good luck. :thumbsup

I thought MSIE already had a built in feature that prevented more that 3 d/l's at the same time
