It's bullshit how paypal treats people in the adult industry
 

Yeah a friend of mine just had his account frozen and the money pretty much emptied out because apparently paypal doesn't support the adult industry or something. I think that it's bull shit that they will just freeze your account like that. I would seriously have them send a check or deposit and money directly into you account as soon as you get a significant amount. Has this happened to anyone else at all?

it happens to a lot of people. that's why whenever i got money in my account i deposit into my bank account.

Yeah but why do they care about adult if it brings them business... It's not like it's effecting their reputation or anything, and the adult business can bring them alot of cash.

It's fucked up that some companies are giving in to the pressure from the right wingers in the U.S. government to not process for adult companies, but that's what happens when you vote for politicians who hate free speech.

If your friend read the rules, they would know that Pay Pal doesn't do adult anymore.

I've had a lot of problems with them . He will get his money 6 months later when they finish "investigating ..."

Why didn't your friend read their T&C's? It's pretty clear that they don't want to process adult transactions. If you don't follow the rules, you get fucked. Pretty simple.

Yes, this happens all the time. Someone I know has 12000 locked in his paypal account, he wont see it for another 4 months... You just need another company to bill. yahoo direct will work or even USPS.com offers a program to pay online with, check em out

when they cancel your account they will send the money to your bank account.

yep, they once froze one of my accounts over absolute bs ... they have totally crap seller protection

Ok, paypal wont accept adult anymore. But isn't it quite easy to send the money that's on your account instantly to your bank deposit?

Furthermore shouldn't it be a problem to transfer your money to a second paypal account that's not related to adult. Neither the name or something else that indicates porn. You have to pay the small fee ... but who cares. Better than having an frozen account.

I am doing this for a few weeks now, in between my adult related account was closed but i don't care because most of the money is laying on my second account which is not related to adult.
