We shoot alot of hardcore reality stuff and tons of niche stuff, mostly exclusive and some custom. I was looking over my accountants reports for last year...alwayrs crunching numbers and trying to save a buck.

His numbers were totals for the year...I divided them by 52 to get a weekly average for last year: Keep in mind we buy in bulk (1000 condums at a time, cases of drinks wholesale, etc.)

- Talent: $8414 per week
- Video Editing: $2187 per week
- Other staff: $2000 per week
- Refreshments (cold drinks, beer, snacks): $249 per week
- Condums, lube: $127 per week
- Rent/utilities/phones: $985 per week
- Pro. services: (accounting, legal, licenses, ins.) $193 per week
- Equipment: (new cameras, lights, dvd burners, external harddrives, repair, etc.) $227 per week
- Misc: (cleaning supplies, props, paint...list of this stuff is huge) $107 pe week

Fuck....now I know where all the money went :Oh crap

We crank out a bunch...bunches of hardcore reality sites, a whole bunch of custom stuff, and over 200+ exclusive scenes for TushyCash.com alone.

How much do they sell for:
- custom stuff, about 100-200 for most solo girl and girl/girl stuff, make the $$$ back in our store 90 days later
- exclusive stuff, 500 for solo girl, and girl/girl stuff like Tushy
- exclusive reality: 2500-3000 for sites like Pimp4ADay, ManHunter
- Parnter deals we shoot for 1/2 the costs and split the profits with the Sponsor like:
- BikiniHookups with Gamma
and a 6 more sites coming soon
- DVD sales to the retail market is where we come out ahead...we've cut some sweet deals with dvd distributors that like our work and split the profits on the DVD thing with some customers, which pays the costs for both of us

In which area of your list is the models std testing fees going or do you pass those onto the model?

We have 4 full-time video editors that work out of their house and one full-time in-house editor, pay them $3 per minute for final edited video. A bit tough because we shoot stills with the video and the editors have to take out directions, bloopers and the camera strobe flashes.

Averages out to about 700 minutes of video we shoot a week...seems like more because we shoot everyday, but in 9 hours today with 6 girls, we only got 4 1-hour tapes, breaks, cuts, change sets, etc.

Models have to pay for their own tests...until 2 months ago, S. FL only had HIV testing, but I convinced a doctor to provide the A.I.M test here now. Some models don't have the $$$ to test, so we pay for it, then take it out of their first shoot.
