Damn, you configured my domains wrong in your DNS servers and im waiting since yesterday so you can fix it! My sites are down in the meantime... so take your time :mad:

Your customers lose money if their sites are down!!!

You kidding me? Im sending messages since several hours... first they told me support staff was not available... now support is online but THEY DONT RESPOND.

I dont care if they are solving other issues... when dealing with hosting companies, specially if your sites are down because their mistake, i demand solutions within minutes, not hours!
