AWIZ paysite manager
 

I just purchased AWIZ paysite manager. seems to be an ok program for the price , but i just wonder about a thing.

they claim to be an american company, but from the english in the docs and on their emails i really doubt it as its really terrible english. so terrible that the docs are ununderstandable.

even have a friend who is also their client telling me that the tecchie guy doesn't understand his question.

do anyone know them? do anyone have their icq?
since i asked them to speed up the install process i haven't heard of them anymore (because of weekend?).

i'm starting to wonder if i made the right choice in spending 249$ for something with no customer care whatsoever.

anyone had similar (or good) stories about them?
