Smokey the Bear has gone too far. I can deal with death threats from him. I can deal with being the butt end of his lame jokes. But he's dragged my 10 year old brother into this.

By allowing him to post here (as Road Rash) and not banning his nick every single time he registers here, you're condoning his actions.

I ask that he be banned right away. Turboface was banned for posting the phone number of a well known scammer. Road Rash better be banned for his actions.

where did he get the picture? Who took it? Did he get a model release from the minor to take his picture and use it for financial gain for himself or others?

First and foremost, he went thru my personal website, took a picture of me and my little brother, cropped him out and added "Go Fuck Yourself Newbie" as the caption. Then he started posting it everywhere.

That qualifies as a personal attack.

Also, don't forget that Road Rash is at least his 5th nickname after being banned under multiple others. That violates this rule:

Also if you post under someone else's account and do it to break the rules, or they break the rules and we tie you to them. We will ban you and them. This is just like carrying someone else's bags at the airport. Don't do it.

Hey, someone posted earlier today or yesterday that road rash had pulled some more fancy signature code bullshit which affected their "sigmonkey" results. That may be worth looking into as well.
