So, it's no secret I run around and shoot 18-20yr old girls and I rarely have problems. Maybe once or twice a yr, I get shit from a dad or girl. Anyway, I'm searching thru omp (onemodelplace.com) and I found a girl I shot and she ended up getting mad when she found herself on my site. I GUARANTEE her asshole mgr or people who she shot with said something about my site! Anwyay, she did topless work for me and she's got topless, nude etc checked off on her profile, lol.

The point is, Do omp photographers or "mainstream photographers" think their more special? They do the same shit! Yet, they have that "I'm superior... I'm more legit" attitude... fuck them!! There's alot of haters out there... remember what biggie said about "jealousy and envy" there's just something there

You just need to distance yourself from models by treating it more like a business.

A. Never bring them to your home or let them know where you live.

B. Only give them your business cell phone number, so you can screen your calls.

It would cut down on a lot of problems.

I think you're missing the point... this has nothing to do with what you mentioned... good advice and I NEVER bring girls to my new house. They all get my cell, not personal... re read the thread. As long as you shoot content, there will always be potential problems

OMP gives the false impression to the models that they are superior to EVERYTHING. I have a profile on there myself and I can tell you that the way they send their spam to the models, the gals think they are ABOVE REPROACH just for having a $6.95 membership to OMP. Tell the whiney bitch that, as soon as she signed the release AND cashed the check/took advantage of the TFP agreement, she accepted the terms of your bargain and you can airbrush a fugging DONKEY in to the scene and she would have no recourse. Maybe then the chickie would get the point that business is business and you own her images.....

I find my OMP identity, which is my real name, and features *photography* as opposed to porn shoot pics, adds a lot to my credibility.

I never tell models not interested in porn about Paul Waters, but I always have porn models take a look at my OMP profile, and photography web site.

I always direct new models to OMP.

But I find it a pain to get new models from OMP. In Toronto, they get hit on by 70 photographers as soon as they post their profile. Took me a week to schedule something with Teni.

But she was worth the wait!

Are they demanding more these days?

Models, you can't easily please them.

Just to follow up... I'm also shooting preggo girls and here's a story. This girl is hot and just 20... I told her I'll pay her $300 for softcore (lingerie, topless, nude etc) She gets back to me and says $850 she'll do it. Besides that, she's like "I had a shoot 1hr away and got paid for $500." Some please give these omp girls are fucking serious reality check!!!

As I said, when a new profile goes up on OMP, the new model gets a flood of email and hears promices that would make a used car salesman blush.

They immediately get a highly inflated impression of their value.

They come back to earth in a month.
