Question about SEO

Ok, I have a pr3 site, http://www.jacknoff.com and im getting some search engine traffic to it. But I am clueless how to go from there and develop some keywords. Any suggestions would be grateful.

He means creating doorway/gateway pages with keyword rich content to attract SE spiders.
