I think you'd stand a better chance emailing those people directly and starting communication with them.

Some of these people do enjoy their anonymity and I would not want to violate their privacy by giving out their ICQ...if they want you to have it they will give it to you.

But seriously, you'll justhave to wait or build up some trust, or wait for them to get around to it...these guys get a lot of submissions every single day, and probably a lot of emails asking about partner submits every single day.
