can anyone shoot me out some decent prices for a free site. either everyone is trying to rip me off, or just bad luck. hook a homie up!

It depends what kind of design you want. I myself as a crappy designer can make one for $10 per site. How many pics, how many tours, etc.

free site.....ask around someone will cut you a good deal

Most designers charge $25-30 per site, and I've seen some offering specials like 10 for $200.
