Woman Charged With Murder After Allegedly Ignoring Warnings to Have Caesarean

SALT LAKE CITY (AP) - A pregnant woman who allegedly ignored medical warnings to have a Caesarean section to save her twins was charged Thursday with murder after one of the babies was stillborn.

Going to be a hard case to try, I asked for a C-Section with both of mine and I only have a little scar at the bikini line, hardly noticable. I wouldn't want to be the lawyers trying her. :(

it's not like there wasnt a REASON to have it done. ( ive seen one take place close up, they're not pretty, and it is very serious surgery, BUT there are 10 or so very experienced, highly qualified people involved in the process )

Totally selfish bitch! When I was told there was a problem, we need to do I c-section.......no question! Just save my child! When I heard him cry, I started to cry, my husband said...what's wrong, are you ok? I said of course. I was just so happy to know he was alive! I had lost 3 before I had my son. He is a true miracle! Doctors never thought it was possible! Every night before I can go to sleep I thank god for him!
