Go to www.flashkit.com find a flash you enjoy ( ex : a preloader ) and then you hire your self out as a designer and then use that preloader that you found for free in the design that you are getting paid for

As long as you arent violating the terms of using that code then its not wrong. Some people know where to get it for free but rather have someone take care of the odds and ends for them so as not to waste time. And if its design and its just one element, as long as it doesnt infringe on how the original author intended it to be used, I see no issues.
