Not only can you get your excerise on, you can watch all the fine honeys struttin they shit in the park as well. Dogs are always a great conversation piece when out creepin. |
smoke crank - you can eat all you want and lose weight. . gives you lots of engergy too. You'll get much more accomplished in the hours that you would usually be sleeping.

Yep. It works. Keep it up man. About a year ago I gave up fast food(with some relapses, that shit is fucking addictive), switched from regular to diet soda(took a few days to get used to it), switched from real butter to smart balance(which is more expensive but tastes awesome), and started walking 45 minutes to an hour everyday. I didn't wanna feel like I was on a diet because diets don't last. So I don't count calories or anything like that. I've lost weight(slowly but surely) and feel better. Now, if I could only give up the cigarettes.
