Anybody here have a spa retreat they would recommend?
 

I'm looking for a good spa, some place peaceful, where meals and workouts are included and massage is available, but where I can also be left alone with a laptop for long stretches in comfort. High speed internet access a plus obviously. Low carb cuisine preferred.

Anybody have any places they would recommend? I think I would prefer a US location, although Canada would be okay if it was a significant savings or really awesome place.

Are you going by yourself, or with a boyfriend/husband/girlfriend/whatever? If you're going on a romantic type getaway the Poconos are great for that.

Probably going to go by myself. If I go for a long time like a month, I might have a certain someone come visit, but basically I am looking for a good environment to relax, get into better shape, and write in.

A friend of mine just had me almost convinced to go to a spa in Bangkok. That sounds like a recipe for trouble, so please help me out and suggest some stateside or Canadian options.
