I'm not a poser - Like most on here suddenly liking Chapelle show. I can remember anticipating the first season six months in advance, when Dave plugged his new (at the time unreleased) show for the first time on Late night w/ Conan O' Brian.
So I am a true fan of this show and I'd like to say it's awesome this season - However I must say, tonights episode, was the absolute worst one I have ever seen. Absolute trash! In fact, the whole second season is nothing too great.
Charlie Murphy/Rick James skit/Three Dave Skit/Keeping it Real gone wrong - Are about the only things keeping the comedic value afloat. This Lil Jon mimicking is useless filler/fluff, to kill some minutes. When I first seen it, I hardly laughed. Now after multiple times - It's just weak.
Classics like the "Mad Real World" with Chad the white guy. Now that is some truly amazing shit. One of the funniest sketches in television history. But the current shit Dave's concocted is borderline "Whose line is it anyway" funny (European version). In other words - Not funny at all. And when it is - It's in small doses.
