Etiquite for reporting bad service
What is the proper way to report a comany that hasn't fullfilled their service.
I puchased something recently and it has not been delievered. (from someone on this board) I have tried on two occasions to contact customer service with no response. What do you consider an adequate attempt to contact and get an explanation before I post their name on this board? I dont want to ruin a name if there is a reasonable explanation, but I would sure mention their name if they provided good service. |
have you tried the phone number if there is one?

no phone number, just email, ICQ, and AIM.

Do you know anyone else on the board that may have their phone number? Sometimes things happen or are forgotten.

UPDATE
Still no service and not answering messages. Tommorrow, I will blow this company up on this and all message boards unless I get a refund. |
