I've always wondered if sponsors ...

Would have any interest in an "employee" like model with an established gallery maker?

I, have been in this business for only a few years now but I do pretty good on movie galleries. Lots of partner accounts, and a reputation for having never fucked a webmaster or surfer over.
I use a few different sponsors, and have been using one large one for almost a few years. Combined i make pretty good money on this. No not in the 7 figure income, but deffinetly in the 6.

The most annoying thing is how unstable sales are. I would much rather have 10 sales a day, every day .. then 18 somedays, and 2 the next.

Anyway, what I was wondering is if there were any sponsors out there intersted in buying traffic flat out at a reasonable rate.

A sponsor could chose to let me make the gallery design with their approval, provide it, or have me contract it out. As many different templates could be rotated, or as few as the sponsor wanted. It could vary from day to day. For instance, you may want to put some traffic to a site that doesn't convert quite as well, but is heavily underpromoted .. things like that.

Basically you would get X number of filtered hits each day. You could chose the site or sites you want it to go to. I'd provide all the hosting (100 mbits dedicated and redudant), getting galleries listed (in some cases paying) and even the content if needed (Reality sites sell best with their own content I find though). In return I'd get paid a flat rate.

It's really just a rough idea I've been turning over in my head .. I don't know if there would be any interest, if it's feasible or even profitable for sponsors. Just thought I'd throw the idea out there, see if anyone is interested.

Thoughts are welcome... Good idea? Bad Idea? You tell me.

Sounds good. :)

I'm sure it could work- just need to find a company open to doing it.

Well what got me really thinking it might work, is that people are willing to pay 10K PLUS a month, to have their webmaster program listed in a signature and viewed over and over on this board.

For 10K, I could get 1,000,000 page views a day all of them with ads of their chosing right to the end user.

Maybe MGP traffic is even worse than message board traffic? :(

For 1000k a month I will eat a burrito of shit while getting my balls caught in barbed, lemon juice and salt-coated mouse traps.

Shamless self bump.

But seriously, no interest at all? Not even any comments.

Damnit, if only I had some tits to show I guess :ak47:

You would lose money if you did it that way. They would only hire you if they knew they could get you cheaper then if they had to pay you pps or %.

another perspective is that a few thousand adult webmaster views leverages far more than a million surfer hits..

reynold 03-10-2004 11:15 PM

Sosa 03-10-2004 11:19 PM

interesting idea, maybe a program will take a chance at that?

With some of our webmasters, we've agreed to do something like this in lieu of partnership. They may make less than they would doing partnership, but it's consistent income. So, yes, it's possible, but we like a track record of success (don't need 1 billion TGP hits from Kurdistan coming in, for example).

Goodluck, Warchild! I hope you find your sponsor soon!:thumbsup

Few samples of templates I am currently using or was until recently:

http://www.creamshots.com/gallery/girlongirl184-b.html
http://www.teeniegirlgalleries.com/ebony15-1.html
http://www.creamshots.com/gallery/trailer08-b.html

As for webmasters with some measure of success .. On my main sponsor, I made roughly $80,000 for 2003. Last 12 months (march to march) is the same, around $80,000. More is made on 404, small programs, one of type galleries and recurring things like that. I'd say that's some measurable success.

If anybody is seriously interested in talking about this more, feel free to ICQ me: 97374780

I'm not looking for anybody to jump in to anything blind, we could try some traffic .. And further more I would allow full access to sever logs, sexlist and sextracker statistics to the sponsor .. So you can see the exact traffic we're talking about.
