Why the 'pimp' theme ??

Online pimps are leeches. I don't mean that against you, it's a generalization about 13 year old boys who are gonna love the site and the pimpness of it.

Translation. Know your audience and go for the old dudes with cc's :)))

my client wanted the pimp layout. i don't ask questions, and personally i thought it was pretty tight.

Oh yeah. the fonts are pretty bad. Especially the one 'where the real pimps hang out' is written in.

AND TURN DOWN THE BEVEL !!

Change the WHERE THE REAL PIMPS HANG OUT fonts and also get rid of the Dynamix. What about that other TGP you showed us yesterday, did you trash that and decided to go with this

thats a lot of galleries for just one day...

The 'Dynamix' stays on there til it's sold.. had a couple clients rip me off halfway through a project.

The other TGP was for a different client, that one's all finished up :)

that's what I said.. it takes up nearly the full screen, even on my 1024x768. :Oh crap I had it just 6x3 for 18 thumbs per day, but my client wanted more on there.

It looks the same as the 10 million other thumb preview sites out there

Best one you've done so far I think :) I really like the pimp (if you did it ... if you stole it then it's crap cauz it'S 95 % of the desing ... the silver can be made using an action in 2 seconds)

no, my client had it done through a cartoonist. I'm brushing up my Illustrator skills as we speak actually, <3 vector drawing programs.

cartoonist did it for my client. and the metals are done in 2 seconds with layer styles :Graucho

Will distract the surfer away from the thumbs and you wont grow.

without talking about the prod. the design might do and assuming that you just started with your design stuff, it looks ok. but like Dre said, the pimp-toon makes 90% of the design. WTG :winkwink:
