Blue Highlighted Files. Why?
 

In some of my folders these files are highlighted blue.
At first i thought they might be infected files, but i dont
have any anti-virus software, nor have I ever needed any.

I never seen them guys in my life but I keep experiencing strange de ja vu's today.

Started around 9AM and I answered the phone twice...

My husband says you've been to Windows Update and those are Hotfixes. Nothing to worry about. The Q#### is the fix number.

Those files yes.

But there are other files elsewhere that are also highlighted blue, like .psd files, fonts, images, ect. ect. :(

I believe those are read only files.

Doesnt go away when I turn off read only.

They are compressed files.
