Pop up hells - at the paysite! WTF
 

More and more sponsors are total freaking pop up hells now. I like getting the extra 15% to keep the pop ups in place but it fucking sucks as I have to check the links to make sure they work. I don't like to surf stopping pop ups as I want to know what my "customer" is hitting.

But it is way the fuck outa hand. Several of them do such a blizzard that I have a hard time getting to the sign up page to check the offer.

So skip the extra $$ or just live with it? What are you guys doing?

Yeah I know. Some even pop up 10 and when you close one, 10 more open, and so on and so on. Its a good thing that CTRL+ALT+DEL exists so you can close IEXPLORER.EXE or else I would have to restart each time. Like who would signup if there were 10 popups. Even if someone was patient and actually tried to signup, he would get popup with more popups if he proceeded to the signup page. it just doesnt make sense

Does anyone actually even read popups anymore? My mind pretty much just filters out the ones that somehow end up making it through Google's popup blocker. And when a surfer sees 10 popups when they are looking for porn, they just get angry...not exactly the right mood to bust out the credit card and buy some porn.

No one reads them but they work because you still see the message and sometimes check it out

I've seen a paysite that popped windows over the JOIN page... you click on "join now" and extra windows advertising completely different sites pop up and partially obscure the ccbill form. Way to go.

Platinum bucks is not so bad but try and get to a pornkings $1 site. And those freaking things rock on the conversions. Megapornbucks I just did a few links and that is intense pop up on entrance. Last year i thought Flashcash was bad. Now they are kind of lite compared to the norm.
