A color plastic card printer for Hotel rooms keys ( with encoding). Even tough it was insurred, they first said it wasn't, then that my packaging was innapropriate ( the unit is in stell cast iron and weighs 100 pounds), their insurer told me to GF myself.
After refusing to give me a phone number other than pickup, refusing to give me their legal address to serve them ( no address on their sites), I got a survey in the mail to evaluate their service ( I have an active account with them ).
I Called the phone number there ( Public relation) and gave them MY survey. 3 days later, they said they were preparing the payment ...
Persistance pays off....
