If the internet died today, how long could you last before getting a 9-5? All your TGP's....GONE. Free sites...GONE. Paysites...GONE.

I think I might last a month :winkwink: what about the rest of you?

I would be more worried about getting killed from the people that would go crazy, the millions of internet workers that can no longer feed their kids and turn to riots and mass killing....

oh god...I think I was being generous with my month. If you'd only last a day, I think I'd be done in a few hours. After that, i'd have to start selling my shoes on ebay. :helpme

hehe...i seriously doubt you would ever have to give up your lovely shoe collection.I swear i'd drink tang full time instead of giving up my kicks collection!

nothing would change, porn is one aspect of our business. Ever hear the term "dont keep all your eggs in one basket"? We have money in real estate, partnership in a restaurant, my mainstream business is making good coin. No porn $$$ will effect the bottom line, sure but we wont be outta business.
This day in age you have to spread out because you never know what's around the corner.
The day I start taking orders and confining myself in a cubicle for 8 hours waiting for my pension to kick in is the day I shoot myself in the kneecap.

I agree. Personally, I still do mainstream PR and I'm trying to diversify (outside of porn) more and more, but I would suspect that a lot of people here have all of their eggs in one basket. I probably wouldn't be hocking my shoe collection in the first month, but then again, I try to save and invest a little something every month and it's something I think about on a regular basis.

I would probably last about 3 months. It would suck working min wage 8 hours a day. Just to make 1.5K a month

2-5 years but I am not one to have investment money leaving accounts. After I sold a toy or two I would be off to work no matter how much it sucked.

We were in porn before the Interent came along and would be in it if it disappeared. There would be a resurgence of magazines and the need for porn in that market would increase.

Would effect the bottom line and we would have to let go 4 staff, but we would survive.

I would continue taking photos (non porn) and learn more about shooting porn and eventually move into the magazine market (at least I think that's what I'd do):)

Well I will always have my disability pension.
So I would not have any problems.

That would suck ass. Then I would have to get more hours at this other job I work at from time to time and be a putz like everyone else. The horror.
