put a target like 20 sales and you move on. Volume sales are not that simple when you have to purchase the traffic. You can find yourself in loss very fast.

Good point, I guess for the right traffic from the right place, it could be a great thing. From my experiences it's always better to work on long term traffic than to buy some, I've tried a good number of times from various places and always struggled to break even, if that.
