You have to browse to the right babe link section. At the bottom, just under the links listing there is a link "Submit new links here"

Go to the model page (Jenna Jameson, whoever you're submitting) and at the bottom of the links is the submit link.

He lists Pornstars, Models and Celebs too. Known by name.
