sponsor check question
 

let's say that i have a check fron 5 month old that i don't received..
if i ask the sponsor to reissue a new check because the first is lost it is normal to deduct from the amount of the firts check the commision concordant to the "stop payment" considering that the check is available only 3 month and first check was issued 5 month ago?

it depends on sponsor, some do that.

I know WEG does that. I imagine it is not an outrageous request but it does kind of suck if your only working with small checks.
