worked out last night, how long should i wait to go back
Ok, last night I went to the gym and worked out my arms pretty hard.. how long should i give them before I go back and do it again?

when I work out, I work out every other day and I focus on murdering certain part/group of muscles every time i go the gym (which is every other day). I would do like Legs one day than next time I go do chest/back or arms etc. All i'm saying is that ull get bigger/stronger quicker by exhuasting a different muscle group each time. I would work out for 2 hours on just my ARMS, yup just arms!

At least 48 hours of rest before you work out the same muscle group. Drink water. Take Glutamine.

go in and work a different body part today. Don't work your arms again for at least 4 - 5 days. I usually do my arms on the last day of my upper body cycle and then take a day off and hit legs, then another day off and repeat the cycle.

If you can not train the next day you overdid.
Built up slowly. Estimate what you can do and then do 50% the next day you do 51% and the next day 52%. This is the way you build it up. |
