Do you dress up nice to work from home?
 

Half the day I am in my boxers and shorts and maybe a tshirt if its cold ...

Is there anyone who works in a suit from home??

what would be the purpose of that?

I'm lucky to be dressed at all when I'm at home.

Dressing is important, always gotta look good and feel good.
You can't afford not too.
I don't suit up for home no point.

Always like to look good yea, but not over the top.

yeah i wake up at 6:00 AM, shower, comb my hair, put on a suit, and i sit in front of the computer all day

The mentality behind wearing a suit to work from home is quite easy to understand, sons.

If you are NEW to working from home or webmastering, it may help to dress in a suit/formal clothing/work clothes because subconciously it can help put you into work mode, and it can help you to concentrate, especially if you move from office environment to self employment, where you suddenly find yourself with the television and a fridge full of beer to hand.

My wife says she liked it better when I worked outside, she says at least then I showered, shaved and got dressed!

I only work at home at the weekends and Eva can't get over the fact that I refuse to dress until lunch time.

For the reason ldinternet points out, it's the weekend and I can go watch a movie or get a cup of tea any time I like.

i'm actually in the market to find some nice track pants and top to throw on in the morning... normally i'm in a robe half the day but i do occasionally go outside to get the mail or walk the dog. if i need to run out to the store it would be something i could throw on real quick without completely looking like a bum LOL. :1orglaugh

indeed! Just try it.. get up early, and dress fine, clean your place and you'll work 10 times harder! (in suit is maybe over the top, but if this works for you, go for it!)

I wear one of my 150 thirty-dollar silk neckties and nothing else.
