like 2 hours at night..and then a 2 hour nap sometime in the afternoon..however the past couple of days I had like 4-5 hours all at one time :)

Man, that hurts just hearing about it, afer 4 years I'm finally on a regular day schedule, this spiral 30 hour day thing gets old after a while, I could never predict when I would be awake next

I've always pulled late nights but it's so easy online. You can work until you are about to pass out and the beds a few feet away. Don't have to worry about driving or even walking far for that matter. My mind refuses to let me relax and I love it. :glugglug

I always know when I'll be awake..if I fall asleep at 6 am or 10 am I'm up in 4-5 hours.

I have not had more than that in one sitting since I was I think 22-23.

Yep, been there, it sucks big time. Usually get a regular 8 hours now at a normal time, and it's much better.
