You have Spybot configured to search drive D, so configure Spybot so it doesn't look in drive D. Very simple

it happens on many programs like SPybot, frontpage, ACDSEE, etc

actually, this is how you fix it.

hit alt+f4 twice.

Spybot runs in the background, according to your graphic, I'd say Spybot is looking for shit in drive D:, do a screencapture when you run another program, let's see what it says

its better keeping a cd in my drive than formatting or getting a mac
