Sound problem viewing videos...
On my laptop I've got some old Simpsons episodes downloaded that used to work perfectly fine. Now I can't get the audio to work for some reason (the video still plays with no problem). I can still listen to songs and everything with no problem so I'm not sure what's causing it.
Updating Windows Media Player didn't help and opening them in RealOne gives this error message "Cannot play back the audio stream: no audio hardware available." Anyone got any suggestions on what's wrong? |
You may be missing an audio codec, look on google for a program called gspot, it's shareware/freeware and will tell you instantly what codecs the video requires etc. If you are looking for audio codecs, same deal, look on google for ace mega codec pack and it should give you the links you will need to download the latest audio/video codecs.
