You can take the trailers from Cum Faced Asians, embe d your link codes, and upload them to places like Kazaa. I don't mind.

I got screwed like that a year ago. I both 3 sets of DVD movies and they were damn copies. I said I want my money back but the best he could do was refund 50% of my $ because he said he bought that from someone else and didnt want it being a complete loss.

I would have had the fuckers E-Bay account terminated. I've been cheated twice on Ebay and both accounts were gone within a few days.

No, I don't think any sponsor would go for that. I wouldn't.

And why would a consumer pay for trailers? They'd probably feel ripped off and have animosity towards the sites on the trailers.

EBAY will stop it as soon as hollywood gets hit a little.

get like alot of trailers of a reality site, or niche trailers of different site.

I am surprised that there are no "ambulence chasing type" lawyers out there trying to make some money off of these scum.

Get authorizations from the major porn companies to go after them, hire some nerds to find them, subpoena eBay for the addresses and then sue their asses.

Make it clear that you will be asking for them to be banned from using a computer unless they settle for 10 grand or so.
