Lonely husband loses claim for free porn
 

A German court has turned down a man's claim for free porn videos and visits to a brothel.

The 35-year-old argues he has been sexually deprived since his wife flew to Thailand.

He says he can't afford the cost of a plane ticket to visit her and has been forced to visit brothels instead.

He'd wanted a grant, but the BBC reports the court in the southern town of Ansbach turned down the request.

According to a court spokesman, the man is now planning to appeal.

He had claimed 2,500-euros (about £1,700) a month to cover the cost of weekly trips to a brothel, eight porn videos and transport costs to and from a video store.

In his application, he said: "I require the brothel visits for my physical and psychological wellbeing." But the court ruled his welfare benefits already covered everyday expenses.
