Unless mail standards/protocols go on a full pay to play basis, this is probably not going to work. :2 cents:

if a few major isp's decide that they will only accept mail from paying servers it will work.


Spamming will stop forging emails will also because security will be tighter

i dont think it will be difficult if ISP's play ball, and why wouldnt they, it would certainly end spam
